Facilities Maintenance Technician
South Wales

£25,500 + fantastic benefits package
An exciting role has arisen with an establishment that is a household name across the globe. Working in a busy team you will be responsible for keeping the site facilities in full working order and pristine condition.
Role & Responsibilities:
oCarrying out routine preventative maintenance and undertaking breakdown repairs when required.
oWorking closely with sub contractors in a supervisory manner
oTaking responsibility for the HVAC functions throughout the facility.
oEnsure spares and stocks are maintained and up to date.
oEnsuring work is completed on schedule to the highest standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oStrong electrical or mechanical maintenance experience from the facilities or building services industries.
oCompetent to work with 3 phase electrics and complex HVAC systems
oEducated to ONC level or equivalent and backed up with a recognised apprenticeship
Benefits Package:
o£25,500 basic salary
