You will be dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding their business/commercial accounts.
You will be dealing any customer queries regarding their accounts, updating customer details and dealing with any complaints quickly and efficiently.
You will be required to upsell additional products on offer to the customer. A proven track record in customer service and/or is required for this role and you must enjoy working to targets.
Previous customer service experience is essential, call centre experience would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided. There will a 6 week rolling shift pattern,
