A Large UK Bank is looking for self motivated, hard working individuals to work within their call centre in Bridgend.
Easily accessible from the M4 for people outside the area, with free car parking on site
You will be the first point for contact for the customer calling, so giving excellent customer service is essential when customers are maintaining their account. You will be required to up sell existing products so active listening and having attention to detail is needed to promote the best product.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to progress and a good benefit package is offered, with career progression within the company.
Salary starts at £13,329 with a chance to increase to £17,772 after 12 months depending on experience gained and targets hit.
