A leading local Building Society focusing on a wide ranging portfolio is looking to recruit a Senior Branch Manager.
Job Description:
With a knowledge of cashiering, mortgage practice and management skills you will be responsible for the motivation, coaching, monitoring and development of a team of advisors. Through these advisors customer service quality, compliance and sales performance must be maximized driving the business forward, building long term relationships in the local community and ensuring targets and KPIs are all achieved.
Main Accountabilities will be:
Overall responsibility for the development and coaching of team members and is accountable for delivering a high performance team.
-Increase opportunities and revenue for the business by building lasting relationships with local businesses and residents
-Managing, coaching and developing a team of direct reports ensuring effective lead generation and sales performances are above the required standard
- Setting budgets and P&L for the branch and ensuring these are met
- Auditing for quality and care
-Ensuring each advisor understands and represents the visions and values of the business, acting as a role model fro these behaviours yourself
-Ensuring full compliance with all legislation and ensuring Treating Customers Fairly principles are adhered to.
