A leading food manufacturer, with ambitious plans for rapid growth, are currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a medium size team of operators and ensuring high production standards are maintained. This role is a fantastic career opportunity for someone looking for training and progression in operational management within a busy, growing company.
Role & Responsibilities:
○ Responsible for efficient production, H&S and KPIs
○ Responsible for supervising, training and coaching team
○ Managing resources
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oProduction/operating experience from any industry
oSupervisory/man management skills
oResponsible, enthusiastic team player
oBright and adaptable with a can do attitude.
oGraduates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply
