• To conduct detailed and structured technical projects and investigations as directed by the Technical Manager.
• Technical Projects and Investigations will comprise of e.g.: -
- Pest Prevention Systems
- Product Quality Controls and Standards
- Foreign Body Prevention Systems
- Complaint Trend Analysis and Corrective Action Challenging
- Specific Materials Handling Controls
• Technical Team duties and Tasks e.g.:-
- CCP Auditing
- Internal Systems Auditing
- Concession support
- Incident support
- Traceability audits
- Hygiene Audits
- Calibration maintenance
The ideal candidate will have:
• Food industry experience in Technical role.
• Implementing new standards, procedures or working practices.
• HACCP principles trained
• PC literate
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems
• Understands and can complete a HACCP risk assessment.
• Food Technical / Science Degree qualified preferred.
• Internal Auditor qualified
