We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team in the centre of Cardiff in our busy Stylish Café Bar

The Role: Sous Chef
• To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the kitchen per company standards
• To assist the Head Chef in the daily running of kitchen and to ensure the brand menu is cooked to company standards
• To ensure daily specials are made using the right marriage of ingredients and that they taste as good as they look
• To provide consistency, and ensuring a quality customer experience is delivered every time food is ordered
